Warranty | 24 months for material and workmanship
Warranty conditions | Proper use, professional installation, and appropriate loading. Improper storage, inappropriate use, damage, modification, or use in an unsuitable manner are not covered by the warranty. The holds must not come into contact with solvents or corrosive substances and must not be exposed to temperatures below -10 °C or above 60 °C. The warranty does not cover changes or fading of colour caused by UV radiation during outdoor use. The manufacturer and distributor are not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of climbing holds.
Mounting | Climbing holds are mounted using M10 hex socket (Allen) screws into prepared holes with a wall plug, anchor, or M10 internal threaded insert. All holds must be additionally secured with a 4.5/40–60 self-tapping screw preventing rotation of the hold. Micro holds and some XS, S and M holds are mounted only using two/three/four 4.5/40 self-tapping screws. All holds must sit flush against the wall over their entire surface. Tighten the holds only with sufficient force to prevent rotation. Excessive tightening may cause damage – cracking.
Maximum tightening torque
If a climbing hold is dropped onto a hard surface during installation, it must not be used.
Maintenance | Clean with a brush and lukewarm soapy water. Dry at room temperature. Reinstall on the wall only after complete drying.
Warning | Climbing on artificial walls is a life-threatening activity and may result in injuries. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of climbing holds.
