2. Prices

Prices displayed to non-logged-in customers include VAT in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

Registered business partners or customers with individually agreed pricing conditions may see prices excluding VAT, discounted prices, or individually negotiated prices after logging in.

The price stated in the order at the time of its submission is binding for the buyer.

The seller reserves the right to change prices. The price valid for the customer is the price at the time of order submission.

Promotional prices are valid until the date stated for the product or until stock is sold out.

3. Order and Contract Conclusion

The buyer places an order via the online store.

By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

After receiving the order, the seller sends the buyer a confirmation of receipt to the provided email address.

4. Registration and B2B Accounts

Customers may apply for a B2B account registration through the online store.

The Seller provides two types of B2B registration:

B2B Europe

• registration in the online store,

• a club, organization, or climbing gym located within a member state of the European Union,

• climbing wall builders,

• a valid VAT ID registered within the European Union.

B2B World

• registration in the online store,

• a club, organization, or climbing gym located outside the European Union,

• climbing wall builders,

• a valid VAT ID or Company Registration Number.

The Seller reserves the right to approve or reject any B2B account registration at its sole discretion.

If it is subsequently determined that a registered customer does not meet the requirements for the relevant B2B category, in particular if the customer is not a club, organization, climbing gym, or climbing wall builder, or if the customer has not provided or no longer meets the required identification requirements, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the B2B registration, change its category, or withdraw any granted discounts without prior notice.

The Seller may request documents proving compliance with the B2B registration requirements at any time.

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery time depends on the type of ordered product, current production capacity, and order volume.

For smaller orders of climbing holds, products are usually dispatched within a few working days. For wooden climbing structures, laminate structures, thermoplastic structures, or larger orders, delivery times may be longer.

For larger projects or high-volume orders, delivery may take several weeks to months. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the buyer after order confirmation.

Goods are delivered via courier services or postal carriers depending on the size and nature of the shipment.

The seller is not responsible for:

• delays caused by the carrier
• delays caused by incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer
• damage caused by the carrier

The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon delivery. In case of visible damage, it is recommended not to accept the shipment and to contact the seller immediately.

6. Payment Terms

The buyer may pay for the order using methods available in the online store, including:

• bank transfer
• cash on delivery
• other payment methods available at checkout

7. Withdrawal from the Contract

This right applies exclusively to consumers.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer may use the online withdrawal form available on the seller’s website:

or contact the seller via email.

After withdrawing from the contract, the consumer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.

The seller shall reimburse all payments received no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or proof of their return is provided.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• goods manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements
• made-to-measure goods
• personalized products

Orders placed by business customers in the course of their business activity may not be subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Complaints Policy

All goods are covered by statutory liability for defects under applicable law.
The buyer is obliged to notify the seller of any defects without undue delay.
The claimed goods must be sent to:

It is recommended to include a copy of the purchase invoice.

The seller will handle complaints within the statutory period.

In case of a justified complaint, reasonable costs associated with filing the complaint will be reimbursed to the buyer.

9. Incomplete or Damaged Shipment

The buyer must report any damage or incompleteness of the shipment without undue delay after receipt via email at anatomic@anatomic.sk.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union regulations.

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The new version becomes effective on the date of publication on the website.
